Booking and payment
What will I pay in total?
You’ll see the full price before you book — nightly rate, cleaning fee, any pet fee, taxes, and any service fee. Nothing gets added at check-in. If something looks off, message us and we’ll walk you through it.
What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the home and the dates you pick. The exact terms show up before you confirm, so give them a quick read. Once you’re booked, those terms are what apply — and we’re happy to clarify anything unclear before you pay.
Your stay
How do I check in?
It’s self check-in with a smart lock — no lobby wait. We’ll email your access code and simple step-by-step instructions before you arrive. Check-in is 3 pm and checkout is 11 am. Running early or late? Just let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you allow pets?
Yes — every home we list welcomes pets. You’ll see the pet fee before you pay.
Is there parking?
Our Ohio City apartments and Larchmere house have free on-site parking. Driveway parking at our Little Italy homes is first come, first served. Message us to inquire about it; it is not guaranteed. The four-bedroom near Cleveland Clinic has a long driveway.
Are there stairs?
Two Little Italy apartments are on the first floor; the other two are upstairs, about 15 steps up. The four-bedroom near Cleveland Clinic spans the second and third floors. Larchmere’s bedrooms are upstairs. Ohio City has both ground-floor and upstairs apartments; check each home’s page for its layout.
Is there Wi-Fi and a workspace?
Many homes have Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. Check each home’s amenities to find what suits your stay.
Longer stays
Can I stay for a month or longer?
Yes. Check your dates in the home’s booking calendar for availability and the monthly price.
Do you host travel nurses and medical staff?
Yes — we love hosting travel nurses, residents, and medical staff on rotation. Homes near Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals are especially popular. Start on our monthly stays page, or message us with your dates and we’ll help you land the right spot.
Locations
Are the homes near the hospitals and universities?
Yes. Little Italy is a short walk to Case Western and University Hospitals. The Larchmere house is described as minutes from Cleveland Clinic, and our East 83rd home is described as steps from the main campus. Ohio City is handy for downtown and MetroHealth. Pick the neighborhood that matches where you’ll spend your days.
